Water Safety Did you know...

Operating a boat in an unsafe manner (e.g. not paying attention to others using the waterway) can lead to a charge of ‘careless operation of a vessel’ and a $450 fine.

The law states that you must be going no more than 10 km per hour when you are within 30 metres (100 feet) of shore.
