2025 AGM Meeting Agenda
The MPOA AGM will be held on Saturday, July 5th. This will be a hybrid meeting with members having the choice to join in person, or online.
In Person: at the Pineview Free Methodist Church, 14397 Hwy 41, Cloyne. Registration will be from 9:15 am until 10:00. You are welcome to renew your membership during registration however please consider paying by e-transfer in advance ( $30 to treasurer@lakemazinaw.ca). This will make it quicker and easier the day of the meeting.
By Zoom: Preregistration for this will be sent out to current members in advance. Members will be asked to join approx.15 minutes in advance as the meeting will start promptly at 10:00.
The AGM meeting will be held from 10:00 – noon.
Directly after the meeting we are pleased to announce the MPOA, along with FireSmart ,will be hosting a BBQ along with a FireSmart event.
