2025 AGM Meeting Agenda
The MPOA AGM will be held on Saturday, July 5th. This will be a hybrid meeting with members having the choice to join in person, or online.
In Person: at the Pineview Free Methodist Church, 14397 Hwy 41, Cloyne. Registration will be from 9:30 am until 10:00. You are welcome to renew your membership during registration however please consider paying by e-transfer in advance ( $30 to treasurer@lakemazinaw.ca ). This will make it quicker and easier the day of the meeting.
RSVP You may wish to RSVP to our AGM by logging in with your "Profile", but this is not mandatory. However by logging in you will be able to view our Agenda and motions.
By Zoom: Preregistration for this will be sent out to current members in advance. Members will be asked to join approx.15 minutes in advance as the meeting will start promptly at 10:00.
