About the event
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on July 4th from 10:00 to noon. It will be a hybrid meeting where members can join in person or online via zoom. Come learn, engage in conversation and vote about important issues facing our lake
2026 AGM Meeting Logistics
In Person: Pineview Free Methodist Church, 14397 Hwy 41, Cloyne.
Registration will be from 9:30 am until 10:00. You are welcome to renew your membership during registration; however please consider paying by e-transfer in advance. ($30 to treasurer@lakemazinaw.ca ) if you haven’t already. This will make it quicker and easier the day of the meeting.
By Zoom: In June, we will invite you to register if you plan to join by zoom. You'll need to be a current member to join. After registering, you will receive a link to the zoom in a confirmation email .
